05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
06 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced

01 - Cut cheddar and mozzarella into long, even slices approximately 4 to 5 inches in length and ½ inch thick, resembling wooden planks.
02 - Select a rectangular serving board or platter to construct the log cabin.
03 - Arrange pretzel rods on the board to form a 6 by 4-inch outer rectangle, creating the base structure.
04 - Alternate layers of pretzel rods and cheese slices, stacking approximately 4 to 5 layers high. Use small dollops of whipped cream cheese between layers to secure pieces as mortar.
05 - Finish with a top layer of cheese slices to serve as the roof, and embellish with diced red bell pepper to mimic windows, flowers, or chimney features.
06 - Sprinkle chopped chives or parsley over the assembly for a rustic appearance and serve alongside crackers.
